#409 Real joystick hat/dpad support

The attached patch may be enough to add support for joystick dpads that are mapped as SDL joystick hats.

I don't have a device that works like that so I can't test the patch - I'd be grateful if anyone can test the patch and report on how it works.

I manually added the changes to the 3 files and it works ! I can now use the menu and play the games using the d-pad (analogue also works). Thanks for your help, it was vague for my skill set but I learnt a bit about the code.
