#360 Allow tape2wav to write WAV files without libaudiofile

Andre Leiradella provides the attached file to allow tape2wav to write WAV files without depending on libaudiofile.

I've added a patch file against the current trunk (note that his version does not compile on OS X due to missing io.h).
