#194 wish to add my listasm_ocp to fuse-utils

Attached is a patch file of my listasm_ocp utility compared against trunk rev 3980.

My utility uses .tap or .tzx files that contain Assembly listing saves from the ZX Spectrum OCP Assembler and extracts the Assembly listings as text output to stdout.

The Assembly listing could then be fed into another Z80 assembler so avoiding typing in the assembly code. It can also be used to preserve listings of old ZX Spectrum projects.

My utility is based upon listbasic as the base code. I have heavily modified it to add the extraction code to obtain the Assembly listing as text from the tape code block.

Please can you review it and provide me feedback as to whether it is suitable to be added to fuse-utils.
