Although I think that any forum about the Spectrum can help you with
this.

On the Spectrum you get those keywords by pressing SYMBOL SHIFT and
the appropriate letter.

Fuse maps the Control and Alt keys to SYMBOL SHIFT.

So: Ctrl+D, Alt+D, etc.
