[fuse-emulator-devel] Real joystick support

I've just committed Darren/Fred's support for real joysticks into Fuse;
I don't have a machine I can easily test this on, so if anyone who can
could test it sometime after it appears on SourceForge's anoncvs
sometime tomorrow, that would be much appreciated :-)
