[fuse-emulator-devel] Doubled printout (at least in +3 mode)

Trying to investigate methods of printer emulation, I have tried to
print from the +3 version of "The Last Word" - but printout.txt seems
to contain doubled up characters compared to what is actually in the
file - so "SSppeeccttrruumm" where the file contains "Spectrum", for
example.

Have I got something mis-set that would be causing this or is it a bug?
This is in 1.6.0.
