Presumably my teletext stuff wouldn't be considered stable at this point 
since it was never merged into master. [1]
What do I still need to do to get it included in time for 1.5.9 (or 
whatever)?

[1] This is probably good in some ways, because the data stream format 
might change to something less hacky soon if a bunch of other 
procrastinated projects occur in a cascading fashion.
