I wasn’t able to put much effort into Fuse over the last couple of years but would be happy to go through the release process to get an update out. 

Assuming that things are in a stable state on the main branch, it would help if the Changelogs in libspectrum, fuse-utils and fuse are up to date for the changes since the last release. 

Phil: are you still in a position to sign the release tarballs?
