Yes, that's it. :-)

I'm an Ubuntu packager (mainly Mame these days). We only diverge from
Debian if there's a real good reason. The Ubuntu tree is synced with
testing roughly at the end of each release cycle, when freeze starts
and only fixing is allowed.
