#85 Command line options to insert the second disk drive image

I use several shell scripts to launch Fuse with different configurations, ready for a working session. Sometimes it would be helpful to load the second disk from the start, +3 or +D, but AFAIK there's no such command line option yet:

--plus3disk-b
--plusddisk-2
