#152 Support 16K ROM Images for Interface 1

Please add support for 16K ROM images (aka IF1-IMC.ROM and others) alongside the 8K ROM images for the Interface 1.
I have hacked 1.6.0 to support such and it works fine but currently requires the original 8K ROM's to be mirrored to 16K in size (which appears to be done internally in Fuse anyway).
