#143 Add new fiter/resizing (bilinear filter)
Hello!
I have a suggestion for available video scalers/filters. In my opinion, none of the current filters mathches the look of original TV display well. Also, the current filters can't do arbitrary video output size.
The solution is simple. The common "bilinear" resizer/filter should match the original look well, because the bilinear resizing is a little blurry by itself. Also, it can be made to produce any requested output resolution, so the Fuse window can be resized at will.
If you don't have time to implement arbitrary Fuse application window resizing, then, please, just add the following list of filters to the menu "Options/Filter":
++ Bilinear 2x
++ Bilinear 3x
++ Bilinear 4x
Also, please release a new version soon because bug #447 is very annoying.

Oh, I see now that Philip Kendal has a similar idea in the feature request #135. He didn't specify what filter to use, but he would like to have arbitrary window resizing.
