#131 Opening a +D image should switch machines and enable the +D
When a +D image is opened, the +D setting should be enabled and a machine compatible with the +D should be selected. However, I'm not exactly sure how this should be handled, and I'm not too keen on resetting without any prompt (which is what we currently do for +3 and Beta disk images).

But what machine should we switch to? The contents of the disk could be for 48k, 128k or really for the DISCiPLE. The same goes for Microdrive carts, the Beta interface and even the +3 (+3 or +3e?!) these days. Maybe we should just point out that the +D is not currently enabled and leave it to the user to sort out?
