#2 True menu extra option

I saw your comments in the thread about FUS++ in the
MacAch at ArsTechnica, so I know you're reticent to include
a hack that will allow FUS++ to operate as a true menu
extra.

Many people already have one or both of the two means of
enabling third-party menu extras installed, however.

It makes sense to me that you should, therefore, include
the option to install FUS++ as a true menu extra. For an
example of this approach you may want to look at
WeatherManX, which provides two versions of menu extra:
a regular third-party status update icon, and a true menu
extra enabled through one of the hacks available.

With that option, people could then drag the FUS++ icon all
the way to the right, where it seems to make the most
sense.

The next version will definitely have a menu extra option. I like
the idea of providing two versions though -- I'll take a look at
WeatherManX to see how they do it. Thanks!
