#1 Implement key equivalents

The fast user switching should be able to respond to user-
defined key equivalents (i.e., COMMAND-OPTION-S, etc).

Allowing a person to add key combinations to this would be really neat.
MenuMaster from Unsanity doesn't allow this unfortunately since it
doesn't want to tinker with the System/Library/Coreservices/ stuff,
though I don't know if that would be necessary or not for yours.
