I just tried install fullsync-0.9.1 in Windows XP SP2
(Simplified Chinese edition), which has IBM jre1.4.2
pre-installed. I choosed to install for everyone. After
the installer finished its job, I couldn't find the
FullSync program group in the Start menu. Using Windows
Explorer to browse the All User's program groups, I
found the names of parent directories of FullSync are
either empty or a sequence of squares. I am attaching
the screenshot.

Installed jre-1.5.0-06, and tried install fullsync again.
Now the parent directory names become mojibakes. It looks
like Chinese character codes displayed as ISO-8859-1. See
the attached screenshot.
