term: time_reference
parent: occurent
definition: a reference to an event having a time_stamp
(absolute or relative). The difference between
time_reference and time_interval is that a
time_reference is a single point in time. For example,
the time_reference '3 hours after birth is:
event: birth
time_stamp: +3 hours after birth
This is different from an time_interval because the
time_reference in this case refers to the end point, ie
at 3 hours after birth; the time_interval '3 hour
period after birth' refers to the 3 hour time period
immediately following birth.

If this def is aristotelian, it implies a "reference"
parent-class.

Clearly, this definition is not aristotelian. It is meant
to handle relative time descriptions. Do you want to
suggest an alternate name for it?
