Best way to explain is an example. Logging with ftp I see:
-rwxrwxr-x 6 sl users 1024 Nov 30 12:11 max
But with ftpfs we see:
-rwxrwxr-x 6 sl users 1024 Nov 30 2002 max
We are in march 2002. The ftp is reporting that the
file was modified in 30-Nov-2001, but FTPFS thinks it
is a file from the future, 30-Nov-2002!! (current year!).
This problem can be fixed by comparing the month
reported with the current month. If it is greater, then
one (1) must be substracted to current year.
I have already fixed the bug. I'm preparing a patch
wich I will post in short to the Patches section. It
will maybe help for all those people who complain about
ftpfs "not detecting file changes".
Sorry for my poor english :-) See you.
