#4 Interactive S&R over several files

A combination of grep -nr and the existing interactive search and replace. For these changes that affect entire source hierarchies yet don't have 100% foolproof patterns (so that using sed is too risky).

Search for the pattern in the specified files (or current dir or current dir recursively...) and when found open the file and do a normal s&r on it.

Regular expression support would be very nice as well.
