I suggest improve colors definition in config files. I
mean ability use all colors which allowed by X11. Use
macros for determine environment and use old color scheme.
Interesting idea.
Problem here being:
The current internal color handling is quite tied to some
palette like system. In fact, it's quite tied to a vga like
system. We should probably think of a new color system.
But to be honest: I'm not the one to create it, since I
don't need colors that much.
There are other features, that I want, and which I might
code up at some time.
