Version Control System migrated to Git

Since Bazaar VCS was not maintained for years and Python 2 needed to run bzr is not supported anymore it is time to migrate. We moving to Git. Git won VCS war against bzr, has more tools and its integrated with pretty everything.

FSP drifted through history hosted on lot of VCS.
1. It started with rcs
2. moved to gnu cvs. It is rcs with networking.
3. then to svn 0.8 by Collabnet. Its cvs with better branches.
4. then to gnu arch - first distributed VCS available
5. then Tom Lord Arch improved gnu arch and called it tla.
6. Canonical likes the idea of distributed VCS and wrote Bazaar in Python.
7. and now we are in Linus Git.
