Since JaCoP's package was renamed, FRODO no longer displays JaCoP-enabled agent configuration files in the GUI drop-down list.

Workaround: select a "custom" agent configuration file from the agents folder.

This bug was reported by Dimitrios Athanasiadis, from University of Strathclyde.
