I suppose that you trying to checkout Frenzy repository on Windows machine.
Some filenames contain ":" symbol, which is OK for Unix/Linux filenames, but not on FAT/NTFS.
So please check out Frenzy repository from Linux/FreeBSD box.
I do not remember was it cygwin or windows. Do :: work on MacOS? In any case it's too bad that the tool is not cross-platform.
