Hi John, >one Russ Kinter sent along is getting close to completion, as it is at the >top of the problem list. Thanks! Having revisited that world I wrote some time ago, I imagine the problems is caused by 12 Sound Nodes that don't do anything in that world, but download twelve .wav files for the next subsequent worlds. On the EAI front, new 1.20 still throws illegal argument exceptions when getting negative rotation values as from a ProximitySensor tracking a user for avatar movement. tc Russ Kinter _____ From: fre...@cr... Stewart Sent: Wednesday, January 09, 2008 1:12 PM To: FreeWRL VRML viewer and Shared Virtual World viewer Subject: [FreeWRL] Quotes for the FreeWRL home page. Anyone willing to send in a quote for the FreeWRL home page? I have put one on there by David Murphy. Some rules: 1) positive quotes will be posted; 2) negative ones will go into my folder of "errors and problems to resolve"; 3) no negative quotes on other VRML/X3D products. 4) give me your name, and country. I think #3 stands because the competitors to FreeWRL are not really other VRML/X3D browsers, but other scene graphs and other inferior technologies. ;-) #2 is there, because I really do keep emails on problems. I wish there were more hours in the day, but, even Microsoft can't get software 100% correct. I do indeed work on problems; eg, one Russ Kinter sent along is getting close to completion, as it is at the top of the problem list.
