#2 carriage return doesn't always transmit

when entering data, in blockmode, pressing return does not always transmit the screen. often times you must wait for a minute or longer to press return again before the page will transmitt.

am able to do some testing today cause i finally got the colors set to something readable. have noticed that pressing the return key doesn't ever transmit the page. pressing the enter key on the number pad does transmit. is this part of the 700/92 emulation or a bug? QCTerm has a setting to for "When in block mode all enter keys = ENTER"
