#454 Should comply XDG Base Directory Specification

It would be nice if Freevo comply this specification:
http://standards.freedesktop.org/basedir-spec/basedir-spec-latest.html

then ~/.freevo/cache appears to be ~/.cache/freevo
~/.freevo/data to be ~/.local/share/freevo
~/.freevo -> ~/.config/freevo
and so on

Its unlikely that freevo 1.x will comply with this. Its a case of don't fix what isn't broken.

Freevo 2 on the other hand might.
