#45 missing file license.terms in downloads, unclear licensing

contain a file source_copyright.txt which contains the following:

There is no sign of the mentioned "license.terms" file in either download.

I've been trying to unpick form the downloads what I need to do to redistribute the freetts library, and it's extremely difficult thanks to the mixing up of different libraries which are under different licenses, not all of which are open source (and therefore not appropriate for my app).

I would appreciate it if the authors could find the time to make it clearer in their downloads which parts are redistributable under which licenses as currently it's very hard to follow.

Thanks for a great library which will in turn make my own open source / community project possible.
