#7 Add support for CMake building
Seems it's really simpler now than the obsolete autotools system, and it's much more portable.
Even after Martin's 2012 June patches for Fedora 17, can't get Free SOLID 2.1 built from sources under Linux Mint Debian Edition (up-to-date, July 2012) or Mageia 2.
This patch adds support for building with CMake, and was successfully tested on Linux Mint Debian Edition (up-to-date), Linux Mageia 2, Windows MSVC 2005, and Windows MinGW 4.7+ MSYS.
It is a first try, covering most of the original features ... but might need some tweaks for 100% completion.
It must be applied _after_ Martin's June 2012 Fedora 17 patches.
