In freertos_v2_1_0.tcl, event_groups.c is not copied to the BSP directory.

As per #99: The TCL file is more of a tools than a FreeRTOS issue - but thanks for bringing this to my attention and I will work with Xilinx to ensure the file is brought up to date with the latest FreeRTOS version.
