Edit/change and replace multiple nodes: how?

    Is there a way to batch edit multiple nodes according to a certain criterion?

    Examples
    1 -- change the style of all nodes that contain "#todo" in details to a certain style e.g. "IhaveToDoThis"
    2 -- add "This is not good" to existing text to all nodes that contain the text "Select these" in the detail
    3 -- add "#todo" to the details of all nodes that have a certain icon in their list of icons

    In essence, I'm looking for a versatile "change and replace" tool that has extended query-possibilities and can perfom actions other than just selecting.

      With scripting its possible...
      Dont know if there is a simpler (yet versatile) solution other than
      scripting...
