#15 text entry dialog - increase highlighted text contrast

In dialongs in which you enter text, such as rename
fleet, you can SHIFT-arrow or mousedrag to select text
which can then be replaced or deleted with a single
keystroke. The selected text needs to be more obvious,
likely by making the colouration of selected text
contrast more with unselected text.
