#572 Graphics and font missing, game unplayable

On a 64 bit Windows machine, when I run FreeOrion the game comes up to the main menu, but instead of the expected background image I have a white screen and all of the font on the menu is replaced by little white boxes (basically it looks like what happens when you're missing a font in most programs).

This is a recurring problem with graphics drivers. If updating the drivers, or trying the latest test build, doesn't help, we can't do anything about it.
