Welcome to the Freemote Project.

I've been using Freevo for some time now as a Media/Music Centre in my lounge area. I already have a Hauppuage IR Remote Control (via PVR-350), but wanted to control remotely from computers and laptops around the house.

One important feature is Macros allowing functions to be chained together. With macros and clever use of menu layouts, it is possible to work out the remote control commands needed to get to certain Freevo areas.... read more
