#88 Tabulator close symbol

Added a close sign to every mm tabulator, allows closing mm tabs like in Firefox. Closing tabs even if not selected tab. Uses controller.close to check whether mm should be saved first. Uses example code ButtonTabComponent from sun.

Would be nice if you could include it in a productive version.
