#70 link between nodes on different freemind maps

Freemind on Gentoo.

Here is a patch to allow linking to a node which is on
a different freemind map.

The syntax is : other-freemind-map.mm#targetnodeid

Use :

1. select the target the target node
2. do ALT-ENTER (edit a long node)
3. copy the node's id from the textbox labelled 'node id'
4. select the source node
5. do CTRL-K
6. enter the filename of the map of the target node,
then the char '#' then paste (CTRL-V) the node's id

Hi! Thanks for this (most likely) very useful hint, but ... sorry to say ... where is this d... textbox labelled 'node id' in the external node editor windows?
