#53 New Logotype Imagery and Windows launcher

This patch contains a new set of imagery around
FreeMind logotype. It includes
- FreeMind splash image
- FreeMind web image
- FreeMind application icon (16x16, 32x32, PNG, ICO)
- FreeMind document icon (16x16, 32x32, PNG, ICO)
- FreeMind window icon (16x16)

All the images are Copyright (c) 2005 by Frank Appel
(foundax.com). They have been released for use in
FreeMind.

I have added the new compiled Windows launcher with the new
icons compiled in. The archive includes the source files for
Windows launcher.

I am adding new archive, newly containing icons in
additional sizes 48x48, 60x60, and 72x72.

All the images are copyright (C) 2005 by Frank Appel
(Foundax.com). The right is granted to distribute the icons
and the splash screen as part of free mind mapping software
FreeMind, either in their original form, or converted to
other image format than the original PNG.
