#37 Patch for RFE #1100850 (Edit-Link-entries in context menu)

Hi,

based on the 0.8.0.rc1-version of "mindmap_menus.xml",
I created the attached patch. It adds the entries "Link
(textfield)" and "Link (filechooser)" to the context
menu of a Node.
