#22 Standard conform HTML for freemindbrowser

Hi,

I couldn't look at the freemindbrowser.html and its
proprietary tags without tears in the eyes ;-), so I
made it HTML 4.1 and XHTML compatible (checked with
tidy from W3C).
Tested under Linux with Mozilla and Konqueror (see
comments in files).

    Thats splendid. I wonder often, why do the splendigd guys
    developing freemind, aim at propietary software and use
    proprietary standards.
