#135 Endnote plugin for exporting FreeMind map

This is a plugin for the Endnote bibliography manager, which makes it possible to save the references within a group set as FreeMind map.
The patch contains not only the plugin, but also the Visual Studio 2010 project folder with the complete source code. The plugin is far from perfect, but it works. Since I won\'t have time to continue this work, I would like to place the code in the public domain so that other people might benefit from it.
In the project folder is a readme file with further instructions.

In this version the C runtime is statically linked, so that it also runs on computers where it is not already installed.
