#132 Patch makes arrow bold, when its selected; adds dotted style

This patch allows user to set links between nodes (arrow links) to dotted style. This action can be performed using context menu on the link.
Additionally, this patch makes link bold when it is selected by the mouse.

For applying patch perform:
patch -p1 -i Freemind_patch.patch

And do not forget to add "arrow-mode-dotted.png" file to the "images" folder.
