#907 Store a binding of a menu item to user Groovy script in FreeMind home directory

Request: Store a binding of a menu item to user Groovy script in FreeMind home directory instead of FreeMind installation directory.

Rationale: User customizations should not depend on modifying the installation directory. In some setups, the installation directory can only be edited by an administrator account. Moreover, in some setups, the installation directory is shared by multiple users.

Background: The binding to a menu item is stored at plugins\ScriptingEngine.xml (freemind.sourceforge.io).
