Request: The option to add scripts to physical styles/patterns should be removed (I think).
Rationale:
- It seems counterintuitive to apply a "physical style" and have a script run as a result. It would seem that a script assigned to a menu item should be able to serve the similar purpose; if the code is intended to apply to all selected nodes, the code can access the list of selected nodes (or if it cannot, which I would be surprised to find, this can be amended).
- Every additional place where scripts can be located makes it harder to make sure no nasty scripts are not lurking anywhere.
Perhaps there are good reasons against. This would be part of a further discussion. One reason against is that any removal of functionality is not so nice. Then, perhaps scripts in patterns could at least be disabled by default. But I think a complete removal would be preferable.
