I am a user and fan of FreeMind 1.0.1 on PC and encounter the same problem as below picture. It was ok with previous versions.

I have tried to use different popular IMEs (Input Method Editor) such as Google Pinyin and Sogou Pinyin, but they are not compatible with FreeMind. I tried more than 20 softwares, but FreeMind is my favorite.

Hopefully you will solve this problem as IME is essential to input Chinese, Japanese, Korean. People can't input these languages. Thanks.

You might consider looking at Freeplane, which was forked from Freemind. Maybe it has better support? Itø's certainly more likely to see improvements to the code. Freemind is barely an active project. There has not been a stablerelease since April 2014.

Hi Ducan, it's a pity! Freemind is the best and quickest mindmap app I've ever used. I appreciate for your efforts!! :-)

I wish to be a paid user if it is not discontinued. :(
