#876 add Fault Tree Analysis Icons

I used to use MindManager to create Fault Tree Analysis diagrams. FreeMind could easily support this by adding some icons related to FTA: AND gate, OR gate, transfer gate, undeveloped event and basic event. By creating nodes that have the appropriate icon, one can very quickly create an FTA diagram.
