There would be nice to have also Mozilla Firefox (and its derivates) bookmarks import. Derivates are using perhaps same system as Firefox and therefore it would be not hard to support also them. There are already MS Internet Explorer (MS IE) bookmarks import. But MS IE seems to be Windows-specific web browser and even a lot of Windows users are using Mozilla Firefox already. To have bookmarks as mindmap is great idea but cannot be done due to fact, that I and a lot of other people don't use MS IE (or even Windows). For Mac users is Safari definitely the choice. Also there are other web browser users: Konqueror (very fast, smart and powerful program), Opera.

As there are seen - four layout engines are used - Gecko (Mozilla and friends), Trident (MS IE), KHTML (Konqueror), Presto (Opera). Perhaps same layout engine web browsers using same scheme for bookmarks storage? Then there can be add support for almost all popular web browsers as they use supported layout engine in FreeMind?
I see, that currently that MS IE bookmarks importing asks the folder, where bookmarks are but there would be also opportunity to show file, where bookmarks are.
Vice versa? I mean if I import bookmarks then I can see, how logically my bookmarks are organized. Then I do little housekeeping and perhaps reorganize my bookmarks. Then I would have those reorganized bookmarks back in web browser. Here I would like to export back to the web browser to use these well organized bookmarks also in my favourite web browser. Wouldn't it be great feature?
Currently (0.9.0 beta 18) doesn't URL-s work without uploading it to some web server or have web server installed to local computer. So, using bookmarks as mindmap is quite uncomfortable due to fact, that URL-s doesn't work without web server (currently). Therefore but not only, would be the exporting back to web browser so needed feature. If I have mindmap opened in flash browser at web browser - I cannot add or change bookmarks through web browser. Also therefore would be seamless import/export feature of bookmarks so asked.
