#725 Changing nodes order with Ctrl-Up/Down

This problem has existed at least since beta 16 and has not been fixed yet.

Normally, changes to a document will cause it to be "dirty", and a * will be shown to indicate that changes have been made.

However, if you change the position of a node with Ctrl-UP or Ctrl-Down, no * is shown, and you will not be prompted to save the document when you close it.
