#313 Freemind 0.9.0 beta7 : french folders

(Trying to log bug here for the first time)

When using Windows XP Home edition, the default user
in France is "Propriétaire" (with accent on 'e'
between 'i' and 't').
There is no .freemind in the Application Data folder,
so I think it's because special caracters (é è ê à
ç...)

On an other computer (Windows XP professionnal) with
a simple account (without special caracters), it's OK
and then, I can save my settings (style, last saved
files, etc.)

the problem came from this : (freemind was opened with
freemind.bat to read logs)

If I tried to manually create a folder '.freemind' WinXP
informed me it was impossible.
