#306 Invisible Menu Item in Notes Menu

On windows, the menu for Notes is 'Edit Format', and
when you...

1. move cursor just to the right of the menu item 'Format'

2. a highlight will appear on an (I'm assuming) empty
string menu item

3. click on it and you will see a pop-up menu appear
that gives you options to insert a table.

Is this really being provided to the user or its going
to be taken out or ...?
