#291 mailto markup not removed

Bonjour,

Dropping a "mailto" URL as a new node doesn't remove
the markup: it results in a nicely decorated (mail
icon) node which, when clicked on, summons a mail but
where the address keeps the mailto at the beginning.

I guess the markup should be removed somewhere.
