Probably better than to force the users to download
source code is to give them another hint. Just update
${freemind.jar}/accessories/plugins/NodeNote.xml in a
binary distribution. Which is easier, faster, .... ;)
without needing to download, recompile sources....

Probably would have been better to do a little more quoting
from the other postings (I assume) that you're referencing!!!
While I agree that it would be nice for better insert method
for notes, I don't think it rates as a bug.
Hasn't this been discussed in
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=7118 in the 'Open
Discussions' ?

What are you refering to here? Is there some sort of
solution that users can install ? or ???
If you're referring to items posted elsewhere on
freemind.sourcforget.net, the links to the relevant postings
would be very helpful (or at least the correct area, (help,
complaints, patches) and, maybe a title to two to search for)

Don't know, sorry. I'm a fresh user. I though that every
issue/enhancement should be tracked in bugzilla.
